When you have a problem this is how we will help:
- Let us know by either email or phone:
- We will enter the details into our ‘Client Help’ system and the correct technician will be assigned the task to help you.
- Communication is the key; every time there is work done or information gathered for your problem, you will receive an email letting you know what we are doing to help you.
- Once completed, you will receive an email to ensure that the help you received was of the standard you expect and that the problem has been fixed to your satisfaction.
